    CAI is an equal opportunity employer maintaining a staff of approximately 40 employees. No direct experience in retirement plans is needed to join our staff. Most of our employees were trained "in-house" starting with basic principles of retirement plan administration and advancing to the most complex aspects of retirement plan design. The following qualities are what we look for in our prospective employees:

Ability to work with numbers and to analyze results.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex legal documents.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with investments, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Solid computer skills, including ability to use any Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
