The Principals and Senior Staff

CAI's greatest strength is the length and breadth of experience of its Principals and Senior Staff. All of our consultants have over 10 years experience in the pension field and each is knowledgeable about all aspects of retirement plan design and administration. In addition, over the years each has developed areas of special expertise in which they have become an important resource for all members of our firm. Under our company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan, all Senior Consultants own stock in the company and benefit directly from our success.
